Same goes for “depressed”, “OCD”, etc. You’re not depressed if you’re having a bad day. You don’t have OCD if you’re into organizing your pens. It’s shit like this that prevents actual sufferers of these conditions from being properly identified and getting the help they need. Personal experience.
